Ruiyyco will choose the most suitable shipping method for customers to ensure the order will be delivered fast and safely. Please make sure that you provide the correct contact information and shipping address as they are very important for delivery. Please note that the delivery time does not include delays caused by holidays, natural disasters, carriers, etc.
Please note:
■ Due to COVID-19, all packaging must undergo strict quality control and disinfection processes before leaving the factory to make sure we're keeping all our customers safe. This may cause some delays in the dispatch and shipping time.
■ Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
■ Please take attention that APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted for Express Shipping.
■ Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.

Tracking Your Order
After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email or SMS containing the tracking number by Ruiyyco. If you didn't receive the email, please check your junk mailbox. You can track the status of your package via the tracking link: https://www.17track.net
Inspection And Sign
As Ruiyyco products are usually quite valuable, please inspect the package upon receiving them. Don’t sign the delivery or open the box when it's chipped or damaged. In these situations, please contact Ruiyyco Customer services.
After you (or somebody else on your benefit ) sign for your product, Ruiyyco will consider this your approval of the package, amount, and merchandise. To protect your rights, you’re highly suggested to take a complete unboxing video and inspect the items in line with the packing list. If items are damaged or missing, please get Ruiyyco Customer Service within 24 hours after you receive the package so we can solve the issue immediately.
